Calm down with simple breathing exercise

Think you need to calm down, but don't know how?

So far, I've found the below instruction somewhat useful;
you should give it a try.

Step by step instruction
1. Exhale (gently) for 4 seconds
2. Inhale for 3 seconds
3. Hold your breath for about 1 second
4. Back to Step 1
