Calm down with simple breathing exercise

Think you need to calm down, but don't know how?

So far, I've found the below instruction somewhat useful;
you should give it a try.

Step by step instruction
1. Exhale (gently) for 4 seconds
2. Inhale for 3 seconds
3. Hold your breath for about 1 second
4. Back to Step 1

- Argue (waste of time)
- Argue and gets nothing (waste of time to the MAX level!)
- Gets angry (bad for health)
- Get into fight (because I'm neither physically tough nor a good fighter) -_-"'

- Humorous (Maybe...)
- Patient (Most of the time)
- Soft & Polite a.k.a easy target to bullies :(

The type of people I don't like:
- those who like to argue
- emotional people
- inconsiderate people
- racist!
